Have your order code to hand. It looks like C-4X7K and is on your confirmation and your receipt. With that we can find the order straight away.
Something was wrong with your order
Tell us as soon as you can. If we got it wrong, we put it right — a remake or a refund. Email or call using the details above, or speak to us at the counter.
A charge you do not recognise
Card statements show us as CHARIOT GATHERING, which is Chariot Gathering House. If a charge still looks wrong, contact us before your bank — we can look it up by the amount and the date and sort it out faster than a dispute can.
Changing or cancelling
Call as soon as possible. Food is made to order, so what we can do depends on whether the kitchen has started — we will always tell you honestly and do what we can.
